National Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Corporate Office as a Campaign Manager. This role is pivotal in translating approved brand objectives and demand strategies into integrated campaign plans for the assigned business unit. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day campaign planning, coordinate with agencies, oversee deployment, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns across both offline and online channels. The focus is on ensuring campaigns effectively reach the target consumers with clear communication while maintaining disciplined investment. This position is responsible for the quality, timeliness, and performance of campaigns within approved budgets and guidelines. Collaboration with content and influencer teams is essential to align media delivery with relevant content and creator activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Critically evaluate agency proposals against briefs, audience data, reach and frequency goals, channel roles, cost benchmarks, and previous learnings. Identify gaps and suggest improvements prior to approval.
- Manage campaign schedules, dependencies, deliverables, and ensure launch readiness. Verify asset specifications, landing pages, tracking mechanisms, and approvals before campaign release.
- Monitor campaign delivery, budget pacing, audience reach, frequency, and quality metrics. Investigate any deviations and direct corrective actions within approved limits.
- Recommend adjustments in targeting, placements, creative rotation, phasing, or budget allocation, executing only those changes within delegated authority. Escalate significant changes related to strategy or budget.
- Prepare concise weekly updates and post-campaign evaluations detailing results, challenges, corrective measures, and implications for future plans. Validate agency data with designated measurement owners.
- Define audience, messaging, channel, format, and timing requirements for content and influencer teams. Ensure alignment of content calendars, creator deliverables, and paid amplification with campaign plans.
- Coordinate brand feedback and approvals, confirming asset suitability and usage rights for media deployment. Escalate any missed deliverables or concerns promptly.
- Lead regular agency meetings, maintain action and issue logs, challenge missed commitments, and resolve delivery issues. Support managerial agency performance reviews with evidence.
- Maintain and track approved budgets, commitments, actual spending, and forecasts. Coordinate purchase requisitions, orders, delivery confirmations, invoice checks, and reconciliations with Procurement and Finance.
- Verify delivery against approved rates and placements, document discrepancies, and pursue corrective actions or make goods through agreed processes. Avoid unauthorized commercial commitments.
- Enforce brand safety, viewability, fraud prevention, data usage, and channel quality standards. Escalate breaches immediately and initiate protective pauses as per incident protocols.
- Monitor category and competitor activity, propose targeted tests, and execute approved pilots with clear hypotheses and success metrics. Share insights and apply approved tools, including AI, with human oversight and data safeguards.
