Assistant Manager - DevOps

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in managing and troubleshooting e-commerce platforms and related systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with POS, OMS, WMS, ERP, or CRM systems and be proficient in handling Shopify stores and their associated components. This role requires collaboration across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of technical and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot Shopify stores, including products, variants, collections, inventory, orders, and store settings to ensure seamless functionality.
- Oversee Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party systems, identifying and resolving any technical challenges that arise.
- Detect and resolve issues related to inventory management, order processing, fulfillment, and system integrations to maintain operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed Excel reports, perform data analysis, and conduct reconciliations to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and other internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with developers and third-party vendors to manage technical problems and integration requirements effectively.
- Take full ownership of issues from identification through to resolution, ensuring end-to-end accountability.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience working with POS, OMS, WMS, ERP, or CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify platform management, including store setup and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party systems efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive issues to resolution.
