Assistant Manager DICT Post Sales Services - Network

We are seeking a skilled networking professional with strong expertise in advanced networking technologies and hands-on experience across multiple OEM platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex network environments, ensuring seamless connectivity and security. This role requires a proactive approach to staying current with industry best practices and delivering high-quality technical support both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate strong proficiency in configuring and managing advanced networking technologies such as SDN, MPLS, and data center networking.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network issues promptly, providing clear communication on status and solutions to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security and networking best practices to implement effective solutions and safeguard company systems.
- Apply proven hands-on experience with multiple network OEMs, including Cisco, Huawei, and H3C, to support diverse infrastructure needs.
- Coordinate and configure proof of concept engagements in collaboration with OEM partners.
- Manage firmware upgrades and patch management for network equipment in coordination with OEM support teams.
- Provide Level 1 technical support and escalate complex issues to OEM Advanced TAC teams when necessary.
- Deliver both on-site and remote technical assistance to ensure continuous network operation and minimal downtime.
- Possess hands-on experience with broader IT technologies such as compute, storage, virtualization, and GPU infrastructure.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on equipment and applications to facilitate smooth transitions and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential.
- Strong experience, preferably up to 10 years, in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, firewalls, switching, routing, and WLAN environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in WLAN networks, including familiarity with Wi-Fi 7 technology.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions and their application within network environments.
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as compute servers, GPU servers, storage, and virtualization technologies is highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications

- Professional-level OEM certifications such as CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), HCNP (Huawei Certified Network Professional), or H3CSE (H3C Certified Senior Engineer) are preferred.
- Expert-level certifications (IE) in relevant networking fields will be considered an asset.
