Assistant Manager - Digital Transformation

We are looking for a proactive and technology-savvy professional to lead our Digital Transformation efforts. This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to identify, develop, and implement innovative technology-driven solutions that enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a strong understanding of AI, automation, data analytics, ERP/SAP systems, system integration, and emerging technologies. They will be responsible for translating complex business challenges into practical digital solutions and managing projects from initial concept through successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organization’s Digital Transformation roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities where AI, automation, and digital technologies can improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Implement practical AI applications across various business and manufacturing functions.
- Lead efforts to digitalize and automate existing processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Manage a portfolio of digital, functional, and technology projects from conception to delivery.
- Explore and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, data analytics, and intelligent process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business units, developers, and external technology partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive integration initiatives between SAP/ERP systems, machinery, applications, and other business platforms.
- Develop dashboards, analytics, and digital reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential applications within the organization.
- Define project KPIs, timelines, and measurable outcomes to track the success of digital initiatives.
- Support change management efforts and promote user adoption of new digital tools and technologies.
- Monitor project budgets, resources, risks, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Ensure digital solutions are scalable, secure, sustainable, and aligned with the company’s technology strategy.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage the adoption of new digital tools across teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation, Technology, and Business Process Automation.
- Proven track record in executing and managing digital transformation projects.
- Strong technical expertise with demonstrated success in delivering digital initiatives.

Technical and Professional Skills

- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its practical business applications.
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, and process digitalization.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and machine/system connectivity.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and dashboard development.
- Exposure to IoT, Big Data, and emerging digital technologies.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated teamwork and change management capabilities.
