The role is responsible for managing distribution planning and inventory operations across M&P depots to ensure consistent product availability and maintain optimal stock levels. The focus is on sustaining high service levels, closely monitoring inventory coverage, coordinating timely dispatches, and minimizing expiry risks through effective stock management. Additionally, the position supports new product launches, facilitates inter-depot stock balancing, and oversees purchase order management to guarantee uninterrupted supply and operational efficiency throughout all depots.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Planning, Service Level, and Stock Availability Management
- Optimization of Inventory Coverage and Network Stock Balancing
- Alignment of Demand and Supply with Replenishment Planning
- Management of Inventory Risks, including Expiry and Slow-Moving Stock
- Coordination of Inter-Depot Transfers (IDTs) and Stock Redistribution
- Purchase Order Management and Dispatch Planning
- Monitoring Service Levels, Reporting, and Performance Analysis
- Coordination of Inventory for New Product Launches (NPD)

Required Qualifications

- MBA degree with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Logistics, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Distribution, and Depot Operations
- Expertise in Inventory Planning, Service Level Management, and Stock Control
- Experience in Demand-Supply Planning and Replenishment Processes
- Knowledge of Inventory Risk Management, Expiry Handling, and Working Capital Optimization
- Capability in Inventory Analytics and Optimization techniques
- Advanced skills in Reporting, Data Interpretation, and Supply Chain Analytics
- Proven ability in Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and operational execution skills
