Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of its client for the position of Assistant Manager Finance, located in DHA Phase 2, Karachi. This role is within the manufacturing industry and requires a candidate with over five years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 100,000 to 150,000. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, preparing detailed financial reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure sound financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations efficiently.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decisions.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and perform financial analysis.
- Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of management reports and financial statements.
- Monitor expenses, identify variances, and provide actionable financial insights to management.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders for compliance and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support internal control processes.
- Utilize ERP/accounting software and MS Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, reconciliations, taxation, and audits.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
