Golden Girl Cosmetics, located in Gulberg, Lahore, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager – Finance to join their team on a full-time basis. The role involves supporting financial planning, management reporting, costing, budgeting, working capital management, and business performance analysis. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the position requires in-person attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and conduct variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
- Generate accurate and timely monthly MIS and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Analyze revenue streams, expenses, margins, profitability, and key business performance indicators.
- Perform detailed product costing, pricing, margin, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor budget utilization closely and identify opportunities for cost control.
- Prepare and oversee cash-flow forecasts and assess working capital requirements.
- Manage receivables, payables, inventory, and other components of working capital effectively.
- Analyze inventory levels, aging, valuation, and variances to optimize stock management.
- Identify cost leakages, excess inventory, and slow-moving stock to improve financial efficiency.
- Support internal controls, audits, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to assist management in strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and Operations.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for cost optimization and profitability enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CA Inter qualification with 3 to 4 years of relevant articleship experience.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, costing, MIS, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of financial controls and business performance analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience of 3 to 4 years in the FMCG sector is required.
- Articleship and taxation experience totaling around 6 years is preferred.
- ACCA or CA certification is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary range between Rs. 80,000 and Rs. 100,000.
