This role is designed to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by driving effective financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and analysis. The position also focuses on enhancing automation initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing insightful financial data and analysis to support decision-making at both departmental and group levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles to ensure accurate and timely financial plans.
- Lead monthly closing activities and prepare comprehensive management reports.
- Coordinate quarterly and annual statutory audits, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
- Prepare and assist in monthly performance reporting, including detailed analysis and presentation of financial results.
- Conduct in-depth financial statement reviews, ratio analysis, and benchmarking against industry performance.
- Support feasibility studies, valuations, and financial modeling projects as required by the business.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives within the FP&A function to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide financial data and analysis to meet group-level reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial planning and reporting matters effectively.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Finalist or ACCA Member.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, with articles completed at a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and expertise in financial statement analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP financial systems.
- Demonstrated skills in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication abilities and proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
