Job Description We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Reporting with strong finance fundamentals and hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems. The role will support financial reporting and accounting operations, with a key focus on Odoo ERP setup, implementation, and stabilization. Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries.- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and KPI dashboards.- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and control account reconciliations.- Support month-end closing, variance analysis, and financial reporting.- Assist with internal and external audits and maintain required documentation.- Lead/support Odoo Finance setup, including chart of accounts, journals, taxes, cost centers, workflows, and reporting structures.- Coordinate with internal teams and Odoo consultants during implementation.- Support data migration, system testing, user controls, and post-implementation stabilization.- Process and reconcile therapist payments according to contractual terms.- Identify discrepancies and improve finance processes and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

ACCA Affiliate/CMA/MBA Finance from a recognized institution.
2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, reporting, or ERP-based operations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with Odoo or another ERP will be preferred
Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
Good understanding of reconciliations, month-end closing, and internal controls.
Strong attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
