Think Higher Consultants is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in human resources and be adept at managing daily HR operations while supporting broader business goals. This role requires handling multiple HR functions efficiently, maintaining confidentiality, and communicating effectively with employees and management alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation to ensure compliance and easy access.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures, fostering a compliant and ethical workplace environment.
- Address employee queries promptly and provide effective HR support to resolve concerns.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain precise records to aid management in decision-making.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and recommend improvements to enhance process efficiency.
- Coordinate training and development activities to promote employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support the HR team and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction across all organizational levels.
- Good organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
This position is based on-site to ensure close collaboration with the team and management.
