Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns promptly and effectively.
- Provide expert HR guidance to both employees and management regarding policies, procedures, and employment-related issues.
- Support employee counseling, disciplinary actions, performance management, and conduct thorough investigations when necessary.
- Maintain confidential records of employee relations cases and ensure accurate documentation.
- Promote open communication, employee engagement, recognition programs, morale, and retention strategies within the organization.
- Assist managers in resolving workplace conflicts and employee relations challenges.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and programs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate HR activities across departments and provide support to the HR team as needed.
- Participate actively in HR projects and undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Ensure all HR activities are conducted with the highest levels of confidentiality, accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of six years of relevant experience in human resources, with at least two years in a role focused on employee relations or similar responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices in employee relations.
