Assistant Manager Imports & Logistics

Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team at the Head Office in Lahore. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee import operations, ensuring compliance with customs clearance procedures and timely processing of shipments.
- Coordinate freight forwarding activities and logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Maintain thorough knowledge and application of Pakistan Customs laws, import/export procedures, PSW, WeBOC, PCT/HS classification, and import documentation requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve operational challenges and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Utilize SAP and MS Office tools for accurate reporting, data management, and communication across departments.
- Support team coordination efforts and contribute to problem-solving initiatives to enhance operational workflows.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MS) or MBA from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in import operations, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and logistics.
- Strong understanding of Pakistan Customs regulations and import/export compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare detailed reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment.
