Ana & Batla Industries, a leading FMCG group specializing in baby care, feminine hygiene, personal care, and household products, is seeking an Assistant Manager Internal Audit to join their team. This role is based in the Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. The first and last Saturdays of each month are working days, while the remaining Saturdays are off. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to strengthening governance and transparency across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk-based audits covering Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Production departments.
- Perform field and distributor audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
- Review internal controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ERP transactions for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Identify financial risks, irregularities, and gaps in control mechanisms.
- Prepare detailed audit reports supported by appropriate evidence and documentation.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on audit recommendations.
- Assist in special audits, reviews, and investigations as required by management.

Required Qualifications
- Professional certification such as CA Inter, ACCA, or CIA.
- Approximately 7 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks accurately.
- High level of professional integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent documentation and report-writing capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of internal controls, audit procedures, and SOP compliance.
- Ability to work independently, especially during field audits.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments and external stakeholders.
