Key Responsibilities

This position requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure timely completion of audit tasks and adherence to audit standards.
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, monitoring compliance with quality standards, and conducting regular assessments to identify areas for improvement. This role also involves preparing quality reports and facilitating training sessions to promote quality awareness across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Candidates for these positions must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent are highly desirable for the Assistant Manager Internal Audit role. Proven experience in internal audit, quality assurance, or related functions is essential, with a strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk management, and quality control processes.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are critical. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively report findings and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
