We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and maintain the technology infrastructure of a dynamic amusement park environment. The ideal candidate will oversee network administration, hardware and software maintenance, and security systems to ensure smooth and secure operations. This role requires hands-on experience with servers, network devices, surveillance systems, and IT support, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide training to staff. The position demands a proactive approach to cybersecurity and continuous improvement of IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Network Administration: Manage and maintain the park’s network infrastructure, including Unifi access points, routers, and switches. Ensure network security, stability, and promptly troubleshoot any issues.
Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain all hardware and software systems such as computers, laptops, servers, printers, and scanners. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to optimize performance.
Card Reader RFID System: Oversee the card reader RFID system, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues.
CCTV and Surveillance: Manage the CCTV and surveillance system, including cameras, NVR/DVR units, and monitoring software. Ensure all equipment functions correctly and footage is securely recorded and stored.
IT Support: Provide technical support to park staff and management by resolving IT-related issues. Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff proficiency with IT systems.
Server Management: Maintain servers by applying operating system updates, performing backups, and installing security patches. Monitor server performance and uptime, addressing any problems promptly.
Cybersecurity: Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols to protect IT systems and data. Monitor for security threats and respond effectively to incidents.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on IT system performance, including network usage and server uptime. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT, preferably within amusement parks, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network administration involving Unifi APs, routers, and switches.
- Familiarity with card reader RFID and CCTV surveillance systems.
- Strong knowledge of server management, including updates, backups, and security patches.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
Additional Technical Skills

Work Location and Compensation
This is an in-person role based at the park location. The monthly salary range is Rs75,000 to Rs90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
