We are seeking a skilled IT professional to oversee daily IT operations, including managing networks, servers, and providing user support. The role involves ensuring strict adherence to IT security and data protection policies, delivering IT projects on time, and managing vendor relationships and software licenses. The successful candidate will also supervise IT staff and provide regular reports on system uptime, incidents, and operational costs to the IT Manager. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively within a team to maintain smooth and secure IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily IT operations, including networks, servers, and user support services.
- Enforce IT security protocols and data protection policies to safeguard organizational information.
- Plan and deliver IT projects, coordinating with vendors and managing software licenses efficiently.
- Supervise and guide IT staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on system uptime, incidents, and IT-related costs to the IT Manager.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in the IT sector.
- Strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in the gas, energy, or utility sectors is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs300,000.
- This is an in-person role, requiring presence at the designated work location.
