Assistant Manager IT

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team, responsible for ensuring the security, stability, and efficiency of our network and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing firewalls, server hardware, and virtualization environments, with a focus on maintaining high availability and data protection. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimizing IT systems to support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls to provide robust network security and protect against potential threats.
- Manage server hardware along with Windows and Linux operating systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Administer VMware ESXi and vCenter environments, including deploying virtual machines, monitoring resources, and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain complex network configurations to guarantee uptime for essential business functions.
- Implement and manage automated backup and recovery solutions using Veeam to safeguard critical server data and minimize the risk of data loss.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably within the textile industry.
- Strong communication skills combined with effective interpersonal abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
