The Assistant Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based at the Ophth Pharma facility in New Karachi Town. This role involves supporting daily production operations, managing schedules, and coordinating efforts across various departments to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in monitoring workflow, managing resources and inventory, preparing operational reports for senior leadership, and driving process improvements. Additionally, the position includes supervising staff as needed, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining effective communication to promote safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor resource allocation and inventory levels to support uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for senior management review.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Supervise and support staff performance, including training and development activities.
- Maintain clear communication channels across departments to ensure operational safety and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing operations, with a strong understanding of production processes and facility workflows.
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles, regulatory compliance, and standard operating procedures relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams and supervise personnel.
- Proficiency in basic office software and reporting tools for documentation, data entry, and operational analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Advanced education or professional certifications are considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in New Karachi Town, including flexibility to accommodate shift work or extended hours as operational needs dictate.
