Assistant Manager Logistics

I&K Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager Logistics to join the Supply Chain Department at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics operations to ensure smooth inbound and outbound movement of goods. This role requires close coordination with various departments to maintain timely supply and dispatch, while managing logistics vendors and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all inbound and outbound logistics operations efficiently.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure timely supply and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
- Manage relationships with transporters, third-party logistics providers (3PL), and freight vendors, monitoring their service performance to meet company expectations.
- Ensure accuracy in logistics documentation, maintain dispatch schedules, and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and control logistics costs, prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, and supervise logistics staff along with loading teams to maintain operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, ideally within FMCG or cosmetics manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple logistics functions simultaneously.

Additional Details:
- This is an in-person role based at our facilities located in Shahdara, Mughalpura, or Sheikhupura.
- The monthly salary range for this position is Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 60,000.
