Assistant Manager Marketing

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven professional with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in performance marketing and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on skills in managing various marketing channels, including outdoor, print, and brand launch campaigns, as well as influencer marketing. This role requires effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Experience in the coffee or food industry is preferred, especially within an international or multinational company setting. The position is based on-site at Adda Plot, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Manage outdoor, print, and brand launch campaigns from concept through execution.
- Coordinate influencer marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing and digital campaign management.
- Proven ability to handle multi-channel marketing campaigns, including outdoor and print media.
- Strong project management skills with experience working alongside teams and vendors.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site at the specified location in Lahore.
