This role focuses on providing essential technical support to ensure the efficient operation of the PGEP Management Information System (MIS) and its associated IT infrastructure. Working under the supervision of a designated manager, the incumbent will collaborate closely with the MIS Consultant to customize, test, and implement the PGEP MIS in line with the program’s specific reporting needs. The position also involves delivering technical orientation and ongoing assistance to Partner Organizations (POs), enabling them to enter and report data accurately, completely, and on time within the MIS framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to maintain the effective functioning of the PGEP MIS and related IT systems, following guidance from the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the MIS Consultant to customize, test, and deploy the PGEP MIS, ensuring it meets the program’s reporting requirements.
- Conduct technical orientation sessions and offer continuous support to Partner Organizations to facilitate timely and accurate data entry and reporting within the MIS.
- Monitor data quality regularly and troubleshoot any issues related to MIS operations to uphold data integrity.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation, including system processes and user guidelines, to support smooth and consistent MIS usage across all partner entities.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting MIS and IT systems within a programmatic or organizational context.
- Strong technical expertise in MIS customization, testing, and operational deployment.
- Proven ability to deliver technical training and support to a diverse range of stakeholders, including partner organizations.
- Solid understanding of data management principles and program reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with consultants, supervisors, and partner organizations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
