Assistant Manager Network Analytics and Experience Improvement

This role involves collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Technical teams to identify challenges and develop strategic solutions using data-driven insights. The position requires applying advanced analytical techniques to routine and complex problems, enabling effective decision-making across various business functions. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive data analysis, gather and specify requirements, and deliver actionable insights through clear visualizations. This role also demands cross-functional interaction to provide business recommendations related to revenue, forecasting, and customer experience, communicating findings to stakeholders at multiple levels. Additionally, the role focuses on researching and developing technical analysis, forecasting, and optimization methods to enhance network performance and customer satisfaction. Maintaining data science models aligned with business needs and designing interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau are key components of this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Technical teams to identify issues and develop data-driven strategies for effective decision-making.
- Apply advanced analytical methods to solve routine and complex analysis problems.
- Conduct comprehensive data gathering, requirements specification, processing, and analysis to support ongoing deliverables.
- Present business recommendations related to revenue, forecasting, and customer experience through clear visual displays of quantitative information.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and influence decision-making at various stakeholder levels.
- Research and develop technical analysis, forecasting, and optimization techniques to improve network quality and customer experience.
- Maintain and update data science models in accordance with evolving business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards and other visualization tools to effectively communicate data insights.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, and Technical departments.
- Strong expertise in advanced data analysis techniques and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data gathering, requirements specification, and processing complex datasets.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in developing and maintaining data science models tailored to business needs.
- Skilled in designing and managing interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
