Mashreq Global Network (MGN) serves as the Bank’s distributed operations platform across India, Pakistan, and Egypt, supporting Mashreq’s global service delivery strategy. This role, based in the MGN Pakistan Central Management Office, is pivotal in driving the strategic program agenda, ensuring robust governance across various initiatives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The focus is on delivering program outcomes and enhancing employee engagement. The position requires working closely with multiple stakeholders to successfully complete projects by applying appropriate project management methodologies and maintaining clear communication. Additionally, it involves providing comprehensive administrative, coordination, and operational support to senior management to ensure smooth execution of business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage internal and external resources to oversee various programs, clearly defining project goals and ensuring their successful completion.
- Organize projects and activities in alignment with the Management by Objectives (MBOs) and the Book of Work for MGN Pakistan.
- Continuously manage projects by identifying and handling changes, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing plans that promote excellence in execution.
- Produce accurate and timely reports on project status, highlighting progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership.
- Support the Head of MGN Pakistan in translating strategic goals into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain a centralized project documentation repository, compliance registers, and define program KPIs/Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Create and manage dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs for project reviews and governance meetings.
- Design high-quality presentations and visual content to support both internal and external communications.
- Evaluate and improve tools and templates to streamline workflows and enhance governance visibility.
- Provide executive support to the Head of MGN Pakistan, including calendar management, communication handling, travel arrangements, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate key organizational activities such as team events and stakeholder engagements.
- Support risk management by mitigating regulatory risks related to the Mashreq Global Network delivery model, ensuring compliance with applicable Pakistan regulations and the Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework.
- Prepare and review risk reports concerning MGN central management functions for submission to senior management and risk committees.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures relevant to MGN central management and assist in developing and documenting these procedures.
- Assist senior management in conducting the MGN Governance Forum by preparing meeting materials, recording minutes, and tracking action items to closure.
- Ensure all rationale, progress, controls, and decisions are thoroughly documented to support reviews by external regulators, internal audit, and control functions.

Required Qualifications

- University degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years in program or project management, or governance roles within financial services, consulting, or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of project management functions, documentation standards, and the project lifecycle is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Pragmatic and action-oriented approach to work.
