The role involves managing the complete payroll process from start to finish, ensuring that all salary payments are accurate and made on time. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. This includes reviewing payroll inputs, deductions, reconciliations, and reports, as well as addressing employee payroll-related queries. Close coordination with HR and Finance teams is essential to maintain confidentiality and accuracy throughout the payroll cycle. The role also encompasses handling Provident Fund entries at the group level and managing final settlements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement for all employees.
- Maintain compliance with internal company policies, applicable tax laws, and statutory regulations related to payroll.
- Review and verify payroll inputs, deductions, reconciliations, and generate accurate payroll reports.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate effectively with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle Provident Fund entries at the group level, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Manage final settlements for employees leaving the organization, ensuring all dues are processed correctly and promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or BBA (Hons.)
- MBA is preferred for advanced understanding of business and management principles.
- ACCA qualification in progress is desirable, demonstrating commitment to professional accounting standards.
- Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years in payroll management or a related finance function.
