Based in Karachi, this role involves managing the entire payroll process from start to finish, ensuring that salaries are accurately calculated and disbursed on time. The position requires strict adherence to company policies, tax regulations, and statutory obligations. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing payroll inputs, deductions, reconciliations, and reports, as well as addressing employee payroll-related queries. Close coordination with HR and Finance departments is essential, along with maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in payroll records. The role also includes handling Provident Fund entries at the group level and managing final settlements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with precision and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with HR and Finance teams to maintain payroll confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle Provident Fund entries at the group level and oversee final settlements.
- Review payroll inputs, deductions, reconciliations, and generate accurate reports.
- Address and resolve employee payroll queries promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or BBA (Hons.)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- ACCA qualification (in progress) is preferred
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in payroll management or related finance functions

Skills and Competencies
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience with SAP payroll systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy under pressure
