The EDMS Lead (Assistant Manager) will be responsible for providing production support for digital platforms including EDMS, BAW, and RPA. This role requires managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of applications, and leading a team to handle incidents and process monitoring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production support, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. This position may require support during off-business hours to address critical issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for the EDMS application, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Lead and manage a production support team, overseeing RPA process execution, start-stop operations, and monitoring activities.
- Handle complex production support functions and coordinate with respective teams during incidents.
- Maintain excellent communication and reporting standards, delivering status updates on production support and project progress.
- Manage alerts raised through phone calls, emails, and incident tickets, directing them to the appropriate process teams.
- Liaise with users and technical teams across Corporate Tech, Retail Tech, and Operations Tech for data and process-related information exchange.
- Validate data accuracy within the RPA dashboard and escalate discrepancies to the relevant teams.
- Utilize automation technologies such as Microsoft Power Automate to lead small projects and enhancements, acting as a project manager or lead.
- Prepare and present reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as required.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of WebLogic Web Server, Oracle databases, Java code, and Unix/Linux commands to support application stability and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in production support, preferably in a lead or engineering role.
- Proven expertise in WebLogic Web Server administration and Oracle database management.
- Strong understanding of Java programming and Unix/Linux command-line operations.
- Experience managing complex production environments and supporting critical applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate for automation and process improvements.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create detailed status and incident reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
