Assistant Manager Project Sales

Zameen.com is seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join the team as an Assistant Manager Project Sales. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving the sales of project property units by engaging with clients, conducting site visits, and closing deals efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills to present project sales offers clearly, maintain ongoing client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role also involves negotiating property prices when necessary and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance individual sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Selling project property units and achieving sales targets.
- Conducting client visitations and providing detailed demonstrations of the projects.
- Performing site visits to showcase properties and assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Closing sales deals effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Communicating project sales offers clearly and persuasively to potential buyers.
- Following up with clients to nurture relationships and ensure deal maturation.
- Keeping clients updated on any concerns or developments related to their chosen properties.
- Renegotiating property prices with buyers when required to facilitate successful transactions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within real estate or a similar industry.
