Assistant Manager R&D

We are seeking an experienced Pharm-D professional with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Research and Development (R&D) department of a pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing product development workflows, optimizing formulations, and ensuring smooth technology transfer from laboratory scale to commercial production. This position requires hands-on involvement in conducting trials compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and providing comprehensive R&D support to ensure timely project completion. The role is based on-site and is open to male candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow throughout the product development process to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations to meet quality and performance standards.
- Facilitate technology transfer activities, moving products from lab-scale development to commercial manufacturing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation to support regulatory submissions and compliance.
- Conduct trials in strict accordance with GMP standards to validate product quality and safety.
- Provide additional R&D support as needed to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Pharm-D degree from a recognized institution.
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the R&D department of a pharmaceutical company.
- Proven expertise in product development and formulation optimization.
- Strong knowledge of GMP compliance and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in veterinary pharmaceutical formulations is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical R&D operations and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills to handle complex development challenges.
- Familiarity with documentation standards and regulatory support processes.
