Assistant Manager Sales (Custom Clearance) (Freight Forwarding)

Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics) is a well-established and trusted name in customs clearance services, catering to prominent importers and exporters throughout Pakistan. We are currently looking to hire a Manager Sales and an Assistant Manager Sales for our Import Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding division based in Karachi. This role is critical to driving sales growth, supporting regional sales activities, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the import process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver customized logistics solutions focused primarily on import customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in sales related to import customs clearance.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of import customs clearance procedures and the overall import process.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities across freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, and warehousing sectors.
- Conduct daily market visits to develop new business, prepare tailored sales proposals, quotations, and presentations that meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies aimed at optimizing profits and minimizing operational costs.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize MS Office proficiently for reporting, presentations, and communication.
- Must have own vehicle or conveyance to facilitate client visits and job-related travel.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA degree is preferred.
- 5 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably within import customs clearance.
