We are building a team of driven property consultants to represent our projects and deliver world class service to our clients. Role Overview As an Assistant Manager Sales you will be responsible for guiding clients through their property buying and investment journey. You will represent 3S Real Estate's portfolio of projects, build client relationships and close sales. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling and investing in real estate
- Present and promote 3S Real Estate projects to prospective buyers
- Follow up on leads provided
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options
- Negotiate and close deals professionally
- Build and maintain long term client relationships
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Bachelor's degree
- Atleast 3 years of real estate brokerage experience
- Self-motivated and target driven personality
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Urdu and English communication skills required
- Base Salary + Fuel allowance
- Commission
