We are seeking a skilled Information Security professional to develop and maintain comprehensive security policies and processes that support the company’s strategic objectives. The role involves conducting thorough risk assessments and reviews to inform IT management decisions, managing security infrastructure within the Data Center, and collaborating with project and infrastructure teams to ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security appliances. The successful candidate will ensure that all systems and applications operate efficiently with optimal security configurations, while providing valuable input on policy related to systems and network management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain Information Security policies and processes to establish an effective risk management framework aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct detailed information security risk assessments and reviews, preparing findings and recommendations for IT management.
- Manage and oversee security infrastructure and appliances located in the Data Center, ensuring their proper functioning and security.
- Collaborate closely with Project and Infrastructure teams to facilitate the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of security infrastructure appliances.
- Monitor and ensure that all systems, security measures, and application infrastructure operate at optimum performance levels with appropriate security configurations in place.
- Provide expert policy guidance related to systems and network management to support secure and efficient IT operations.
- Maintain proficiency in PC software and demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Utilize relevant experience in network management and a solid understanding of network protocols to enhance security posture.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and managing Information Security policies and risk management processes.
- Hands-on experience managing security infrastructure and appliances within a Data Center environment.
- Strong knowledge of network management and various network protocols.
- Proficiency in PC software and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Project and Infrastructure groups.
