The Assistant Manager – Aftersales will play a pivotal role in driving the aftersales business and service performance within the assigned region. This position focuses on managing spare parts and lubricant sales, enhancing dealership service capabilities, resolving customer concerns, and expanding the service network. The role requires achieving regional aftersales targets and ensuring the effective delivery of services to boost customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive spare parts and lubricant sales to meet business targets and maximize aftersales revenue within the assigned region.
- Manage and resolve customer claims, technical complaints, and service issues through dealerships and customer helplines promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen dealership aftersales capabilities by engaging regularly, monitoring performance, providing technical support, and implementing service improvement initiatives.
- Organize free service camps, farmer awareness programs, and operator training sessions to increase product knowledge, service uptake, and customer engagement.
- Develop the technical skills of authorized mechanics through structured training programs covering basic to advanced levels.
- Support the expansion and development of the service network, including 1S/2S network growth, workshop development, branding, and enhancement of dealership service facilities.
- Monitor and improve service intake and campaign activities such as RE-PDI and free service to increase service coverage and customer retention.
- Assist in initiatives aimed at improving dealership self-reliance and aftersales operational efficiency through pilot projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering, or an MBA from a reputable university.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or aftersales within the automotive, tractor, or related industries.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, expanding distribution networks, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of the tractor or automotive industry, including spare parts and lubricants sales, dealer operations, and channel development, is preferred.

Job-Specific and Technical Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze market trends, monitor key performance indicators, and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Willingness to travel frequently and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
