Assistant Manager Stitching

MANNAM Studio, based in Faisalabad, Pakistan, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager Stitching to join their stitching and production department on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing stitching operations, managing production teams, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high export quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of garment manufacturing, and the ability to enhance production efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The position is open exclusively to male candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily stitching operations to meet production goals.
- Manage stitching supervisors, line leaders, and production staff effectively.
- Ensure all products comply with buyer specifications, approved samples, and export quality standards.
- Monitor production efficiency, including line balancing, manpower utilization, and workflow optimization.
- Identify bottlenecks in production and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Collaborate closely with Cutting, Quality Control, Finishing, and Planning departments to streamline operations.
- Track stitching defects, rework, and rejection rates to improve overall product quality.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders in line with shipment schedules.
- Prepare and review daily production reports and key performance metrics.
- Maintain workplace discipline and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in stitching or garment production management.
- Proven experience managing production teams and consistently achieving daily targets.
- Strong knowledge of ladies’ garments, stitching operations, and production planning.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- Good understanding of quality control processes, line balancing, and production efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in an export-oriented garment manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 120,000, based on experience, skills, and suitability.
