We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and vendor management, with the ability to handle both local and international supplier markets. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and spare parts by accurately identifying technical specifications and managing inventory efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Identify and verify technical specifications and spare-part requirements to meet operational needs.
- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Prioritize urgent and critical procurement requests to maintain uninterrupted supply.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports related to procurement activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with organizational goals.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address supply chain challenges.
- Ensure compliance with inventory and supply chain principles to optimize stock levels.
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail in all tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
- Proven negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of both local and international supplier markets.
- Ability to identify and verify technical specifications and spare-part requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.
- Ability to prioritize urgent procurement needs effectively.
- Excellent vendor management and follow-up skills.

- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
- Work Location: In person, Islamabad
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Islamabad before starting work.
