Salman & Raheel Chartered Accountants (SRCA) in Karachi is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join their expanding Sustainability & Climate Advisory team. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of sustainability and ESG practices and demonstrate the ability to independently manage client engagements, coordinate with various stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects across multiple industries while supporting the firm’s growth in sustainability advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support sustainability and ESG advisory engagements across diverse industries.
- Prepare sustainability reports aligned with IFRS S1, IFRS S2, GRI Standards, and other relevant frameworks.
- Conduct materiality assessments, sustainability-related risk and opportunity evaluations, and ESG gap analyses.
- Assist with GHG emissions accounting, climate-related assessments, and decarbonization initiatives.
- Oversee client communication, project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and expanding advisory service offerings.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, climate change, or related advisory services.
- Practical knowledge of IFRS S1/S2, GRI Standards, GHG Protocol, and other sustainability frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Proven project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple assignments independently.
- Educational background in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience within consulting or professional services environments is preferred.
- The position is based in Karachi and requires in-person attendance.
- The role is designated as Assistant Manager – Sustainability & Climate Advisory.
- Compensation starts from Rs60,000 per month.
