We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our US Healthcare Operations team based in Karachi. This full-time, onsite role requires managing daily healthcare operations with a focus on Audit and Chronic Care Management (CCM) teams. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain compliance standards, and foster strong client relationships while supporting a team of healthcare professionals including Pharmacists and Physical Therapists (DPTs). The position operates on a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of US Healthcare services to maintain smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and manage Audit and Chronic Care Management (CCM) teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and operational excellence.
- Supervise and support teams comprising Pharmacists and Physical Therapists (DPTs).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), turnaround times (TATs), and compliance metrics to meet organizational goals.
- Manage communication with clients and healthcare stakeholders to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
- Analyze operational reports and performance trends to identify areas for process improvement.
- Coordinate with providers, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless healthcare service delivery.
- Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, performance management, and team development initiatives.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance engagement, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is mandatory.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare Operations.
- Proven experience managing or coordinating teams within Audit, Chronic Care Management, Care Management, or Population Health programs.
- Strong leadership capabilities combined with excellent client communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, healthcare Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven healthcare environment.
