The role involves performing operation and maintenance (O&M) services for wind turbine generators (WTG) according to the project schedule and company standards. This includes troubleshooting, replacing spare parts, conducting general maintenance, preparing daily reports, and managing spare parts collection to ensure smooth and continuous project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute O&M services for WTGs in line with the project schedule and company specifications.
- Conduct service inspections as scheduled, adhering to company quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding completed services and upcoming maintenance or repairs.
- Monitor and analyze operational data from wind turbines to identify performance issues.
- Respond promptly to electrical, mechanical, and software issues by troubleshooting and replacing components to maintain project continuity.
- Manage warehouse inventory by ordering necessary materials, tools, and spare parts.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports along with other administrative tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.
- Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, identify and report workplace hazards, report HSE incidents promptly and accurately, and actively participate in HSE initiatives organized by the department and company.
