The Assistant Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located at Dahab Foods in Lahore. This role plays a crucial part in supporting daily operations across production, inventory, and logistics to maintain consistent quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to food safety standards. The Assistant Operations Manager will coordinate shift schedules, monitor workflow and resource utilization, and address operational challenges in collaboration with production and quality assurance teams. Additionally, the role involves tracking key performance indicators, assisting with process improvement initiatives, and preparing regular reports for senior management. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage shift schedules to optimize workforce utilization.
- Monitor production workflows and resource allocation to maintain efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality control, and hygiene standards throughout operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in operations and process management, including workflow coordination, resource planning, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and basic use of productivity or ERP tools to monitor performance and support decision-making.
- Solid knowledge of food safety, quality control, and hygiene standards within a food processing or manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities to manage daily operational challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations or production supervision, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
