This role involves acting as the primary liaison between the client department and the organization to ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of project-related issues. The individual will work under the guidance of the Programme Manager, serving as the focal point for the project on behalf of PITB. Coordination with the client department is essential for collecting data and information according to specified formats. The role also requires monitoring the project’s progress to ensure that all reports are generated on time. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to perform any other tasks necessary to support the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main point of contact for PITB in coordination with the client department for the assigned project.
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of data and information from the client department as per the required formats.
- Monitor project activities closely to guarantee the timely generation and submission of progress reports.
- Maintain proper documentation related to project activities and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve any project-related issues promptly.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Programme Manager to support project success.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role involving client interaction and data management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with client departments and internal teams.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to work under the direction of senior management and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working within government or public sector projects, particularly with organizations like PITB, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data collection formats and project monitoring tools will be an advantage.
