ASSISTANT R&D / PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a motivated Assistant R&D / Production Associate to join our team at the factory location. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks, along with a strong practical understanding of sheet metal design and fabrication. This role requires familiarity with factory production workflows and the ability to apply technical knowledge to support manufacturing processes effectively. The position demands a proactive individual with solid problem-solving skills and a keen interest in contributing to both research and development as well as production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks software to assist in designing and modifying sheet metal components.
- Support the production team by applying practical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques.
- Collaborate with the factory team to understand and optimize production workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to manufacturing processes and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new product designs and improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design changes and production adjustments.

Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is essential.
- Strong practical knowledge of sheet metal design and fabrication processes.
- Good understanding of factory production workflows and manufacturing environments.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated technical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
