The company is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Sales Manager to join its team on-site in Karachi. This role involves managing sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships. The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team to support and enhance the company’s overall sales strategy, ensuring that sales targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales operations and coordinate with the sales team to drive performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Analyze sales data to monitor performance and develop strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts to support management decisions.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Experience in the sanitary industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
