The company is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Sales Manager to join its on-site team in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. This position involves working closely with the sales team to support and contribute to the company’s overall sales strategy, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations and coordinate with the sales team to drive performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Analyze sales data to monitor performance and develop strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance data and develop actionable strategies.
- Experience in the sanitary industry or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
