Assistant Sales Manager

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, is seeking a passionate and driven individual for the role of Assistant Manager Sales. Since its inception in 2012, Zameen.com has grown significantly with multiple rounds of funding totaling $29 million, connecting buyers and sellers both locally and internationally. The Assistant Manager Sales will play a key role in driving property sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide detailed briefings on relevant property units.
- Conduct property demonstrations and site visits to showcase available units effectively.
- Ensure timely closure of deals by maintaining consistent follow-up with clients and adapting to any changes in their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted representative of Zameen.com.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, reinforcing the company’s reputation.

Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- A strong passion for sales with a commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
