Key Responsibilities

- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to recommend suitable property units.
- Provide detailed demonstrations and conduct site visits to showcase properties effectively.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to track any changes in their needs and preferences.
- Ensure timely closure of deals by guiding clients through a seamless sales process.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.

Required Qualifications

- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated passion for sales with a strong commitment to customer service and alignment with company values.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; however, fresh graduates with the right attitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
