The Assistant Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi Division. This role plays a crucial part in supporting daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and an exceptional customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager will supervise sales staff, uphold visual merchandising standards, and monitor inventory levels. Responsibilities also include coordinating stock replenishment and assisting with loss prevention efforts to safeguard store assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and oversee daily store operations, including managing sales associates and maintaining high customer service standards.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate timely stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Assist in implementing loss prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage and maintain store security.
- Help achieve sales targets by supporting promotional activities and tracking performance metrics.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports to inform management decisions.
- Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and improve overall store performance.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Enforce store policies and brand standards consistently across all operations.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail or customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Competence in supervising teams, coaching staff, and managing daily people operations within a retail environment.
- Ability to manage inventory, perform basic sales reporting, and support merchandising efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively with diverse team members.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and retail key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on meeting targets and driving performance improvements.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in the Karachi Division, including weekends or shift-based schedules as required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
