Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan, who will play a vital role in supporting store operations, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive environment for both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Growing Sales: Implement effective strategies to increase store sales and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Coaching and Development: Mentor and motivate team members by providing ongoing guidance, training, and leading by example to build a strong, capable store team.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, maintain high standards, and uphold brand integrity.

Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment that enhances the overall customer experience.

Leadership Support: Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager, ensuring smooth operations and continuity.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years of retail leadership experience with proven skills in coaching, training, and team development.
- Demonstrated discretion, professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy in managing store operations and staff.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and serve as a role model who exemplifies behaviors aligned with Levi Strauss & Co.’s culture and values.
- Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and programs, and the ability to follow directives from store management.
- Physical capability to handle tasks involving heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), frequent movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
