Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance and motivation.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met to enhance the store’s aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain an organized and customer-friendly environment to promote a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Support sales planning efforts to achieve store performance targets and maximize revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Promote and help implement retail loss prevention procedures to safeguard store assets.
- Train team members on store policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare basic reports related to sales, inventory, and staff performance as required.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, brand guidelines, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction with the ability to resolve issues and build lasting relationships.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
- Experience or demonstrated ability in store management, including staff supervision, inventory control, and sales floor organization.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
- Prior experience in retail, particularly within fashion, footwear, or accessories sectors, is preferred.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, in line with retail operational demands.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and standard office software; familiarity with sales reporting is advantageous.
