We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our team and support the lead teacher in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will be responsible, caring, and passionate about contributing to the educational development of children. This role requires working closely with the lead teacher to assist in daily classroom activities and ensure that students receive the attention and guidance they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing and organizing classroom materials and activities.
- Support students during lessons by providing individual attention and encouragement.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Monitor student behavior and report any concerns to the lead teacher.
- Participate in creating engaging learning experiences that promote student participation.
- Assist with classroom management and ensure that students follow established rules and routines.
- Support the lead teacher in assessing student progress and providing feedback.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall educational experience.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their learning journey.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, responsibility, and a caring attitude.
- Basic understanding of classroom procedures and child development.
- Willingness to work in person at the designated location.
