We are seeking a seasoned professional to join Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course in Karachi as the Assistant to the Chief Security Officer (ACSO). This role is integral to the Security Department, providing vital support to the Chief Security Officer in managing security operations, overseeing main gate activities, logistics, discipline, and ensuring smooth coordination across various departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security or related fields and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to maintain a safe and efficient environment within the resort.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Security Officer in overseeing daily security operations and assume full responsibility in their absence.
- Supervise main gate functions including access control, parking management, traffic regulation, visitor registration, and issuance of gate passes.
- Monitor the entry and exit of guests, members, staff, contractors, vehicles, and goods to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Manage the discipline, appearance, attendance, and overall performance of security personnel.
- Oversee resort logistics, including the management of operational vehicles and the dispatch of materials.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, law enforcement agencies, emergency services, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date incident reports, gate registers, shift handover documentation, and other essential security records.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in security management, logistics, military service, or law enforcement.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong command, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Urdu and English languages.
- Comprehensive knowledge of physical security measures, access control systems, and logistics operations.
- Ability to perform well under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
