Key Responsibilities

Lead the establishment and growth of Oaktree’s Business Resilience Center of Excellence in Hyderabad, collaborating closely with colleagues at the Los Angeles headquarters. Partner with Human Resources to recruit and onboard Analysts and Senior Analysts to build a capable Business Resilience Operations team. Train and retain a motivated workforce able to handle diverse and dynamic tasks. Develop tier-based workflows to ensure timely and accountable service delivery.

Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 service tasks within the Business Resilience Operations catalog, fulfilling Tier 2 requests directly and escalating complex issues to Tier 3 as needed. Oversee vendor management activities including risk assessments, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and issue resolution under the guidance of the Vendor Management Office. Support business continuity and crisis management efforts such as Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plan maintenance, crisis activation protocols, and participation in the Hyderabad Site Crisis Management Team.

Administer corporate travel program tasks including credit card fulfillment, audits, and travel itinerary reporting, working with the VP of Travel & Aviation. Manage insurance certificate requests, logical access controls, and records retention projects in coordination with the VP of Insurance, Records & Information Governance.

Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Security to establish the Global Resilience & Security Operations Center (GRSOC) in Hyderabad, ensuring 24/7 monitoring of open-source intelligence and system sensors. Provide escalation support for global incident response related to office facilities, business processes, travel, and physical security. Conduct administrative tasks supporting threat analysis and reporting, fulfill security service requests, monitor system health, and assist with audits and process updates. Generate and audit access control reports to maintain security data integrity.

Administer service catalogs and processes in ServiceNow and GRC platforms to optimize service delivery and data quality. Represent Business Resilience Operations in cross-functional partnerships to drive continuous improvement in service and technology. Define and maintain SLAs and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to inform management decisions. Identify and articulate requirements for system and process enhancements.

Required Qualifications

- 9 to 14 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, GSOC operations, or related business resilience fields
- Proven management or supervisory experience overseeing multiple individual contributors
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Demonstrated initiative, integrity, empathy, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in investment management or financial services industry preferred
- Significant experience with ServiceNow ITSM, BCM, TPRM, or GRC/IRM modules
- Familiarity with control frameworks such as ISO 22301, ISO 31030, ISO 27001
- Relevant certifications like PMP, GSOC, CBCP, or CRMP are a plus
